Disappearing Pensions, Multiplying Price-Hikes
September 15, 2016
The Chief and Lou Michels are live in studio to kick off this wonderful Thursday morning by starting a discussion on Chicago politics and teachers’ disappearing pensions. What needs to change? Who needs to leave? What a nice way to kick off the day, right?
The Chief and Lou Michels are both confused about the Wells-Fargo fraud situation. I think it’s going to stay that way. Next they talk about how the poor continue to get poorer as taxes go up. They touch on the rising prices of service based industries like restaurants. Where is the price hike coming from?
Lou gives us a military weaponry lesson before rounding out the show.

The Chief kicks off the show by asking Lou Michels – “What would it take for you to adopt an all cash money system again?”
They discuss everything from the newly minted Guaranteed Rate Field to what would happen in Chicago if there was an extreme earthquake to Chief’s round of golf yesterday.
We ask the question – what are hardcore Trump voters actually voting for? Policy, ideals, or hate?
Just how corrupt is this epipen price hike? How deep does it go? We finish off the show with a heated debate about competitiveness across different industries before Chief challenges Lou to a real discussion about foreign policy on next week’s show.
