Lou Michels

Lou Michels is an employment and sports law attorney with a national law firm, who is also an NFL player agent. He joins the Stocks & Jocks show every Thursday morning from Denver, Colorado. Lou represents companies and individuals in dealing with workplace problems ranging from labor union and discrimination cases to employment contracts and trade secret disputes. He played football at Air Force, and graduated from Duke Law School, where he developed an appreciation for college basketball. He is a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. Lou grew up in Winnipeg, Canada, and Minneapolis, where his father was a professional football coach for the Minnesota Vikings for almost 30 years. Read more.

Phil Lekousis

Phil is a life-long resident of the Chicagoland area.  He resides in Lemont, a suburb of Chicago.

Phil began his career in the Financial Services Industry as a Trader at the Chicago Mercantile.  His attention was drawn to the Mortgage Banking Industry, where he first owned a mortgage company in the western suburban area of Chicago.  From there, Phil was recruited and accepted the position of Senior Vice President of a Federally chartered community bank.  A few more years of seasoning in the industry brought Phil to PHE to open up the Midwest market.

Phil holds a number of professional licenses.  Anyone who knows him will tell you he is obsessed with “over-achievement”.  His expertise in the industry in marketing , sales and secondary is unmatched.

Phil is a true relationship builder.  He has a passion for both clients and Team members.  His word is his bond.  Clients and staff quickly realize that they can rely on Phil as he is honest and trustworthy.  This is the foundation of his success.

While many businessmen achieve success being “yes men”, Phil continues to succeed being “the businessman who will ALWAYS SAY what he is thinking”.
