David Andalman

David Andalman joins the Stocks & Jocks show every Monday and Wednesday morning. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, and then his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University. David traded for a year at the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange before starting the DACS Research Newsletters on commodity futures, which were the first all-technical research newsletters at the CME. Currently, he has been a senior wealth manager and portfolio strategist for over 23 years. He holds registrations in Series 3, 4 (Options Principal), 7, 55, 63 and is a registered Commodity Trading Advisor. Read more.

Lou Michels

Lou Michels is an employment and sports law attorney with a national law firm, who is also an NFL player agent. He joins the Stocks & Jocks show every Thursday morning from Denver, Colorado. Lou represents companies and individuals in dealing with workplace problems ranging from labor union and discrimination cases to employment contracts and trade secret disputes. He played football at Air Force, and graduated from Duke Law School, where he developed an appreciation for college basketball. He is a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. Lou grew up in Winnipeg, Canada, and Minneapolis, where his father was a professional football coach for the Minnesota Vikings for almost 30 years. Read more.

Chris Manns

Christopher Manns manages PTI Securities & Futures’ global commodities area and is a research analyst. He devotes much of his time to monitoring and analyzing the latest international commodities reports and financial research. This allows him to keep the firm’s management well informed so that they can, in turn, apprise their clients on pertinent information. Christopher has more than 18 years of securities and financial services experience. Prior to joining PTI Securities, he was a floor broker for AE Staley at the Chicago Board of Trade, and worked for the grain division of Rodman & Renshaw. He has authored many commodities articles and training materials, and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. Christopher earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Christopher lives with his wife in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Read more.

Bob Dinneen

Bob Dinneen is the President and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA), the leading trade association for America’s ethanol industry. Collectively representing the majority of U.S. ethanol industry leaders and supporters, RFA’s mission is to increase the production and use of renewable fuels and to create a dynamic, robust ethanol industry.

As the ethanol industry’s lead lobbyist before the Congress and Administration, Bob has been instrumental in advancing policies that protect the environment, strengthen the U.S. economy, and promote energy independence. Since 2008, Bob has repeatedly been recognized as a “top lobbyist” by Capitol Hill’s must-read newspaper, The Hill.

A noted expert on energy and environmental policy and issues affecting the U.S. ethanol industry, Bob regularly testifies before federal agencies and congressional committees. His views and expertise have been solicited by top policymakers in the Bush (41), Clinton, Bush (43), and Obama Administrations, including Secretaries of Energy, Agriculture, Treasury, and Commerce, and the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency. Bob has represented the U.S. ethanol industry at state, national, and international forums and addressed major gatherings of international leaders in Europe and South America.

For more than two decades, Bob’s advocacy and leadership have helped to move RFA and the ethanol industry forward. In 1988, he joined RFA as Legislative Director and assumed the role of President in 2001. Bob’s successful coalition-building efforts have paved the way for industry growth and directly resulted in public policy achievements such as the expansion of the historic Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) to 36 billion gallons by 2022.

Prior to joining RFA, Bob worked in the U.S. Congress for various Representatives and congressional committees.

Bob graduated from the Catholic University of America with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Olga Halaburda

CBS-TV Reporter, entrepreneur and Author, Ms. Halaburda, daughter of John and Eva Halaburda, grew up in Warren, Mich. She attended Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Grade School and High School in Hamtramck, Mich. Ms. Halaburda earned a B.A. in journalism from Wayne State University in Detroit. Since 1990 she has worked as a television news reporter in Mason City, Iowa; Longview, Texas; and Green Bay, Wis., as the creator of the “Ukrainian Power” educational children’s video series.
